- Tap on Settings & Privacy > Change my password
- Enter your current password and create a strong new one
Make sure it’s something unique that you don’t use anywhere else.
🔒 Step 2: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA adds a powerful extra layer of security to your account.
If you haven’t enabled it yet, now’s the perfect time.
- Go to the Menu
- Tap 2FA and toggle it on
- Use any trusted authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) to complete setup
🕵️ Step 3: Review Recent Activity
- Check your Wallet and Purchased sections for any unexpected transactions
- Review Subscribed and Following tabs to spot any unusual subscriptions
- Look through Chat or Feed activity for anything suspicious
📩 Step 4: Contact Support
If you notice any suspicious activity or are unable to secure the account yourself:
Submit a ticket with the subject: “Suspicious Account Access” and include details like what you noticed, when, and what device or IP it may have come from.
