Need to update your email or phone number on your KNKY account? For security reasons, this change can’t be made manually in your settings - but our team is here to help.

Follow the steps below to submit your request.

Make sure to include the following details in your message:

📎 Step 2: Include Required Info

To verify ownership of your account, please attach one of the following:

• A screenshot of your most recent bank statement showing your last KNKY purchase
  (You can blur out unrelated transactions - we only need to verify the KNKY charge)
  OR
• If you haven’t made any purchases yet, send a screenshot of your registration confirmation email from KNKY

And don’t forget to clearly state:

• Your current (old) email or phone number on the account
• Your new email or phone number that you want to use
