After you sign up and confirm your email, you’ll see a blue banner at the top of your screen that says “Verify your age.”
Click it to begin the process.

✅ Step 2: Agree to the Data Consent

Before verifying your identity, you’ll be asked to approve a quick consent form for personal data processing.

Don’t worry - this is standard privacy compliance. KNKY will never share or sell your information.

Tap “I Agree” to move on.

🤳 Step 3: Record Your Video Selfie

This is where the magic happens!
To confirm your age and activate your account, you’ll be asked to take a short video selfie.

Here’s how to get it right:

Make sure your face is fully visible and evenly lit
Keep a neutral expression (no filters, hats, or sunglasses)
Hold the camera steady and follow the on-screen frame
You’ll see a confirmation message once your selfie is accepted

The whole process takes less than 60 seconds.

Tip: On desktop? You will be shown a QR code to continue the verification on your mobile device. That’s totally optional - just a more convenient way to use your phone’s camera.

After your video verification is successful, you’ll need to complete your profile to activate all features and personalize your experience. Go to the Account Information section in the menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the banner labeled “Complete Your Profile.”
